Surrounded by a beautiful terrace area with a patio set, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tiki torches, gorgeous shrubs, a spiral~staircase to the 2nd floor balcony, an outdoor shower & hose, an outdoor half-bathroom and an outdoor full-size refrigerator! All of the sunset photos were taken from the balconies off the second and third floors.

From the house, you can walk, golf-cart or drive across the island in less than five-minutes to reach the beach.

The Majestic Villa is the perfect place to stay for the SpaceX rocket launches! You can view the launch from the poolside, the 2nd floor balcony or the 3rd floor balcony! You can also walk down to the beach or to the end of the island to view the launch! The best part is you don't have to deal with all the traffic and can just walk back to the house! Below are clips from Launch #5, The booster return from Launch #5 and Launch #6! These videos were taken from the second floor balcony and from the poolside.
