• there is a half bathroom located outside next to pool
  
• there is also a refrigerator and sink outdoors with plastic cups/plates for use around pool/spa
  
• a shower and hose to rinse off yourself and your items from the beach is located next to the pool
• there's an office/game room area with a printer & board games
• first floor Tiki Lounge with bar and refrigerator
• the house has 4 large balconies off the second and third floors, plus a pool terrace
  

Sleeping accommodations: Up to ten people
Master suite-3rd Floor: King bed, ceiling fan, TV and en suite full bath & walk-in shower with balcony off bath & bedroom
2nd bedroom-3rd Floor: Sleeps 4 people with two adult size bunk beds, access to full bathroom (shower).
3rd bedroom-1st Floor: 1 full/queen bed, ceiling fan with adjoining bath (shower)
4th bedroom-1st Floor: 1 full/queen bed, ceiling fan with adjoining bath (shower)

We suggest you bring:
-Personal soaps i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap, etc. 
-Hair dryer (but I’d recommend embracing the beach hair, don’t care)
-Sunscreen
-Insect repellent 
-Flashlights with extra batteries
-Beach shoes/sandals
-Beach umbrella/ EZ-up Tents
-Life jackets
-Beach chairs
-Beach toys
-Beach towels
-Fishing poles and tackle

WiFi: High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The wi-fi password is located in the guidebook inside the house.
